How To DEFEND ATTACK the CENTER LINE Non Classical Gung Fu Barry Mar Friend of Bruce Lee & Jesse Glover

Barry Mar teaches How To DEFEND ATTACK the CENTER LINE in Non Classical Gung Fu and many other martial arts systems. Knowledge well taught from the source, by an extremely good bloke.

Barry Mar is a Seattle based practitioner of Non Classical Gung Fu who met and trained with Bruce Lee in the early 1960s. He was his student for a year and trained “one to one “or as we could call it nowadays “private lessons”. Above all else Barry was Bruce Lee’s friend, and because Bruce didn’t drive he became his occasional driver on various escapades. Bruce introduced Barry to Jesse Glover too. When Bruce left Seattle in ’64, Barry stopped his martial arts practice and lost sight of Bruce but also Jesse. They reconnected in the early 80s and continued to train in the “basement” of the Seattle building in which Jesse taught for many years.

RIP Bruce Lee and Jesse Glover, and now sadly RIP Barry Mar.

Filmed at Seyfi Shevket’s class at Synergy Gym, London. Yes, we know there is a sound glitch to do with peaking levels. We can live it, and hope you can. If not no worries.
