LEGACY OF LIES Official Trailer Review starring Scott Adkins
Excellent, slick film, with Scott Adkins getting a script that gives his significant acting chops room to credibly pull you into the original story and then enjoy the plentiful punch fest through each twist and turn along the way. Scott, in a role reminiscent of Jean Reno in LEON, is paired with Honor Kneafsey superbly acting as his daughter Lisa. Definitely worth paying to watch.
Awesome directing from #AdrianBol . From the off it’s a good film with an atmospheric title sequence that actually pays off, stuffed with an abundance of gorgeous, powerful, strong women and grizzled, powerful, hard men all beating the crap out of each other in the name of good, human values, or the evil regime insiders they represent. Very cool Locations, excellent Set Design, atmospheric Sound Design & Soundtrack, beautifully lit & framed by slick Cinematography, should be awards all round. There’s even a great Italian Job car chase scene with a Mini Cooper!!!
Synopsis: Ten years ago, a fatal misjudgement made MARTIN BAXTER resign MI6. Now he’s on his last legs, bouncing cheap night clubs and moving around Europe with his 12-year-old daughter LISA.
