He started TaeKwonDo in Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY at 11 years old, because his parents wanted him to do some extracurricular activities while being homeschooled. He stopped TaeKwonDo at 14 years old and returned aged 25.

He realized he’d lost a lot of my flexibility (from non-use AND HAMSTRING INJURY from sprinting 😢) yet was able to regain this flexibility and other abilities using specialized exercise science principles learned during his study for a Masters in Exercise Science at Long Island University (Brooklyn Campus).

Next year, he tests for 4th Dan black belt

He hopes to bring other martial artists the same feeling when they regain lost physical abilities, or increasing existing abilities, using the knowledge gained from his studies – He can be found on Instagram @ APIP Martial Art (Athletic Performance and Injury Prevention for Martial Arts)

The World is full of incredible people doing martial arts making their and our world better. We celebrate you all.

Congratulations, You’ve Got Talent.
